Standard Assumptions, Terms, and Conditions of Sale for LED By Us:
- Commencement of Projects: Projects will only begin once full payment is received.
- Installation Location: The installation is limited to metro areas in Australia.
- Flat Wall Installation: The quoted price is based on installation on a flat wall.
- Wall Reinforcement: If wall reinforcement is required, it will be an additional cost not covered in the price.
- Power and Data: The price does not include power and data connections. The client must ensure that power and data are available and operational before technicians arrive on-site. If the site is not ready for installation upon technician arrival, a variation fee will be charged for the technician to re-attend when the site is ready.
- Data Connectivity: Data must be cabled back to the modem, fitted off, and terminated, and the internet must be operational. While WiFi can be used, wired data is recommended for better reliability. LED By Us may charge a call-out fee for WiFi or internet-related issues.
- Low-Profile GPOs: General Power Outlets (GPOs) must be low-profile.
- After-Hours Works and Onsite Inductions: The price does not cover after-hours works or onsite inductions.
- Additional Works: Any additional works required on-site may result in a price variation, which will be quoted separately.
- LED By Us Software Subscription: The first year subscription to LED By Us Software is an optional addition to this package. The ongoing annual fee is $30 per month, per player/screen
