Standard Assumptions, Terms, and Conditions of Sale for LED By Us:

1. Commencement of Projects: Projects will only begin upon approval on finance.
2. Installation Location: The installation is limited to metro areas in Australia. Ex metro will attract additional fees.
3. Flat Wall Installation: The quoted price is based on installation on a flat wall.
4. Wall Reinforcement: If wall reinforcement is required, it will be an additional cost not covered in the price.
5. Power and Data: The price does not include power and data connections. If hardwired connectivity is preffered, the client is to ensure data connection points are available and operational before technicians arrive on-site. If the site is not ready for installation upon technician arrival, a variation fee will be charged for the technician to re-attend when the site is ready.
6. Data Connectivity: Devices are Wifi enabled. Where client elects a hardwired connection, data must be cabled back to the modem, fitted off, and terminated, and the internet must be operational. LED By Us may charge a call-out fee for WiFi or internet-related issues.
7. Low-Profile GPOs: General Power Outlets (GPOs) must be low-profile.
8. After-Hours Works and Onsite Inductions: The price does not cover after-hours works or onsite inductions.
9. Additional Works: Any additional works required on-site may result in a price variation, which will be quoted separately.
10. LED By Us Software Subscription: The LED By Us Complete Digital Signage Solution software subscription is included in all rental agreements.
11. Hardware Warranty: warranty is extended to the full term of the rental agreement.
